"Loved it! I love the cold oatmeal , quick and dirty, out the door, recipes for breakfast! Just never thought of using yogurt. For those of you who are skeptics, just think of it as cold cereal. Kinda like granola. Get creative with the yogurt flavors and toppings. Im gonna try black forest yogurt and chopped dried cherries next! "

"What a great recipe for our RV! We loved it! We had everything on hand, but we will also use this as a "base recipe" where you could use whatever you have on hand. Kinda like a "kitchen sink" recipe!!"

"Try using canned peaches. Leave out the cherries and use almonds. I also used the peach juice as the liquid in the cake. Just use your imagination! This is such a great base to customize your own special way!"

"Thanks for the idea of the toasted coconut! I added that to the crushed cereal and it scored big time in my house! And it wasn't soggy! Buckwheat honey works good drizzled over top, as well as chocolate! Another awesome recipe that you can change a thousand ways!!"

"These are actually very good! I tried them as the recipe directed the first time. For the second batch I substituted half of the mayo with tartar sauce, and only used a sprinkling of the taco seasoning. I squeezed lemon on top rather than the taco sauce. You can use this as a base recipe for any flavor you like!"
