"This is my family's all time favorite recipe! Easy to make, both in the crock pot, or on the stove top. I shared this with my sisters, they also love it! I also increase the amount of turkey and/or chicken and add a shake of cayenne pepper for a little more zip."

"I loved the dish! I never cooked with peanut butter before, so I was somewhat anxious to see what I would end up with, I really enjoyed the taste of the chicken. I thought the rice cooked in the coconut milk really gave it a rich and unique flavor that really complimented the chicken. My husband and daughter on the other hand did not care much for the chicken or the rice. I enjoyed the leftovers just as much as the original dinner."
