"I loved this recipe. i switched it up a bit... i put dried cranberries and cherries in it and walnuts and before i cooked the chicken i marinated it in a citrus marinade for about an hour. the marinade definitely made it... wouldn't have been as flavorful!"

"this was really really good! This was better than any kind of eggplant parmesan i have ever had! try to use coconut oil or sesame oil. its the best oil to cook with because it can be cooked at very high temperatures without the oil being ruined ang being bad for your health"
