Oven-Roasted Chicken with New Potatoes
"Very Tasty! My family ate it up! Ran out of olive oil and had to use vegetable oil but it came out just fine...I also put some of the seasoning inside the cavity of the chicken...it added to the flavor. I will make this again!"

Nacho Chicken Casserole
"OK but a little "bland" added some Salsa on the side with non-fat sour cream and that helped. Leftovers were "ick" the next day because the tortilla chip topping came out soggy after reheating in microwave. I may try this again with marinated chicken or grilled strips."

Philly Cheese and Ground Beef Casserole
"Delicious, easy and economical...my family loved it. I used canned sliced mushrooms and added a dash of garlic powder to the cooked ground beef. It was done in 30 minutes."

Dutch Pear Pie
"I hate pears but when a friend had a bumper crop of pears and insisted I take some home I was at a loss as to what to do with them. I came across this recipe and decided to try it...it camp out perfect...I can't even tell it was made with pears. I did substitute the sugar with Splenda and I used fat free sour cream, but it was wonderful and my family gobbled it up. Next time I will try the Splenda brand brown sugar."
