Healthified Mexican Bean Salad
"Yum! A very satisfying and healthy side dish or appetizer. I took it to a cook-out and people ate it with tortilla chips. I would definitely make this for a large group...it makes A LOT!"

Easy Garden Bake
"I don't eat dairy so I made a few substitutions. I used plain almond milk in place of the skim milk and I used a homemade non-dairy parmesan substitute. I loved all the veggies, but the overall taste was bland (I think using real cheese might have helped). I think it is worth trying the recipe again, but next time adding some more seasoning or herbs for flavor."

Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
"Yummy!!! I used two jars of gravy as recommended by some other reviewers. Will definitely be making again!"

Healthified Smothered Pork Chops
"I agree with the previous reviewer that the sauce was a bit too runny. Next time I will eliminate the water. But overall the taste was excellent. I used thin cut pork chops so they cooked up super quick."

Quick-Mix Chocolate Cookies
"I make these cookies on a regular basis for work, parties, etc and they are always gone within minutes. My paddling team has nicknamed them "crownies" since they taste like a mix between a cookie and brownie. My teammates often request them for any social gathering we have. These are delicious!"

Lamb and Potato Skillet
"I'm a big fan of one-dish meals and this recipe will now be added to my list of favorites. It was easy and delicious. Next time I may add some more tomatoes though."

Spumoni Chunk Cookies
"I was not a huge fan of this recipe; however, my coworkers gobbled them up and gave me multiple compliments on how good they were. If I were to make this recipe again, I think I would decrease the amount of add-ins. It calls for 1-cup of each pistachios, cherries, and chocolate chunks and I think I would try 3/4 cup of each. The flavors of the add-ins are very strong and I personally like to be able to taste the cookie part as well."

Slow Cooker Barbecued Pulled-Pork Fajitas
"I made this recipe for coworkers and everyone ended up asking for the recipes. The flavor is excellent and it is so easy to make in the slow cooker. My only complaint (which others have mentioned too) is that there was too much liquid, making it extremely messy to eat on a tortilla. I will need to adjust this somehow the next time I make this recipes, but I will definitely be making this recipe again."

Coffee Swirl Yogurt Cake
"This bread got rave reviews by my coworkers. They've all been asking for the recipe. I also used instant cappuccino and it gave the bread just a mild coffee taste. I was actually hoping for a stronger coffee taste...I'll try instant coffee next time. But the non-coffee drinkers in my office loved that the coffee taste was mild. The bread was very moist and yummy. I will definitely make this again."

Chai-Spiced Bread
"This quick bread turned out super yummy. It has earned a spot amongst my other recipe cards. However, when I baked this bread the first time according to the recipe, it came out completely burned (and I don't have a problem with my oven, everything cooks normal in it). The second time I attempted this recipe, I cooked it at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes and it came out perfect. I also recommend not using all the glaze that is prepared in the recipe...it overpowers the taste of the bread. I will probably use 3/4 the amount of glaze next time."
