"My family loved this. I did make some changes though: Doubled and put into a 9x13. Used 2 small cans of cream of chicken and 8 oz of nacho cheese for some flavor. I used left over veggies from a dinner and some rotisserie chicken. We all loved the crust and this has been claimed as a keeper!"

"Very yummy!! Did not put a glaze on top, added a little more pumpkin and nuts, was going to put some powdered sugar on top; but my honey decided to eat it right up first!! I did think this was a little much for one loaf pan, so I may try muffins or splitting it into 2 loaf pans...."
