"My family loved this recipe. I think it was the sun-dried tomatoes that made it so good! For those that commented that they used tomato paste, they need to try it again with the sun-dried tomatoes. I also used "Zesty" fat free Italian dressing. I wouldn't change a thing when I make it again! Very good!"

"Very good! We like things pretty spicy so, I also added a little red pepper flakes to the marinade. If I were serving it to a group of people I would omit the red pepper flakes though! Either way, I would make it again! "

"I wasn't sure when I first looked at this recipe if it would have enough flavor but, It is wonderful! I made only enough filling for 3 peppers, and wished I had made the whole recipe. I will be making this recipe again for sure. No changes needed (except making more next time!)"
