"Simple and delicious. What more could you ask for. I made this with leftover corn and peas that I heated up with diced bacon and rice. A meal that was enjoyed by all. Even my picky son ate this heated up and loved it. Thanks Betty."

"It came out a little dry. I even put in more chicken broth and paprika. I think next time I make this I will add more liquid and some pepper. The sauce was good. I will have to make some other adjustments to give it more flavor. It was a bit bland. "

"Easy and delicious. I was intimidated by macaroons but this was fantastic. What a simply cookie to add to my Christmas Cookie Tray. I had to make one adjustment only because I didn't have it. I substituted pure vanilla extract for the coconut extract. As for the person with the flat cookies. Just a suggestion. If you shape them more into a ball they will maintain the shape. I also have to adjust my oven to 25 degrees less. I live in a high altitude and my sheets were darker and these were the perfect cookie. Thanks Betty Crocker."
