Oven-Fried Picnic Chicken
"This recipe was just ok. The flavor on the outside was good but the flavor didn''t really permeate to the rest of the chicken and mine also turned out dry. It wasn''t bad though for such an easy recipe."

Pork Chop Skillet Dinner
"This recipe reminded me a lot of a pot roast cooked with vegatables in a slow cooker. The meat was really juicy but lacked much flavor and I even added extra spice. My favorite part of this meal was actually the carrots. They were yummy! The recipe wasn''t bad, but not one to rave about either."

Zucchini Appetizers
"These were pretty good. It tasted a lot like a quiche, but that''s not a bad thing. Just a little different than what I expected. I added a touch of cayenne pepper to give it a bit of a kick!"

Pecan Pie Bars
"Yummy! I made these the other day to see if they would be good enough to take to our church function. They absolutely are! I added slightly more butter than called for and I had to use my hands to form the crust into the pan. I baked them less than what the recipe suggested because I only made a half batch. I think I ended up undercooking them but it made them really gooey which was really yummy. I would suggest just drizzling the chocolate also! Much prettier I think!"

Pecan Pie Bars
"I made these again and I just wanted to let people know that I think that the baking time is set for too long. I baked these for about 3/4 of the time for both times they go in the oven and they turned out perfect. I''ve tried baking them as long as the recipe suggests but they turn out way too brown and crunchy."

Chicken Quesadilla Sandwiches
"These were good but far from great. We added extra spice to the chicken but it was still a little bland. I really like the cilantro in these though. We have made a similar recipe before using salmon instead of chicken and I think it is better with salmon and quicker because it uses precooked salmon."

Ganache-Topped Brownie Bites
"These were really good in my opinion but my husband thought the chocolate on top was too rich and not sweet enough. I did not bake these as long as it directed because I like my brownies a little on the gooey side. However, this made them really difficult to remove from the pan. I think mini cupcake papers would have been a big help."

Salmon Patties
"I was a little dissapointed with this recipe. The salmon patty seemed dry and the flavor and texture were not that good either. We ended up taking them off the bun, because they tasted better that way."

Grilled Lemon and Herb Salmon Packs
"THe other reviews were right! This is a great recipe. I used frozen salmon that was thawed out. I also used a rice a roni mix instead of plain white rice and chicken broth. We are making this again!"

Salmon Patties (Cooking for 2)
"I was very surprised that these didn''t taste better. They turned out a little dry and not that flavorful. They also taste better to eat by themselves instead of as a sandwich. Still, we are always trying to eat more salmon so we may make this again in the future."

Feta-Topped Chicken
"This recipe was great. Great presentation and very flavorful. I did not have balsamic vinaigarette dressing so I used fat free Italian dressing instead. I would suggest setting the broiler at medium because my chicken cooked extra fast on hi heat and the feta cheese burned within a matter of seconds. I had to remove the burt pieces, add more cheese, and then put back in the broiler at low heat for about 30 seconds and it was already browned. Still, a great recipe that I will make again."
