Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy
"My husband wanted hamburger steak for dinner last night, and I wanted to refresh my memory on the recipe, and I found this one! When I read the recipe, it was almost exactly how I would have thought to make it. I doubled the recipe, and my family LOVED every bite. Thanks Betty!"

Three-Bean Holiday Chili
"I have made this chili several times! We always double the recipe and freeze some for another quick dinner. Great with cornbread! Yum."

Three-Bean Holiday Chili
"I doubled this recipe and added about 1 lb of ground beef. I also used 1 each of orange, yellow and green bell pepper. I didn''t use the sour cream topping, but I''m sure it would be great. My family LOVED it! I usually have NO leftovers for the next day, but because I doubled the ingredients, I had plenty to freeze! I also have a 2 year old who only eats things like fruit and hot dogs, and when I put about a cup in the blender and warmed it up with lots of cheese and crackers, she ate the whole thing, which is amazing! The thing about this chili, it is lighter than most chili that I have tried. I really liked it. Thanks!"

Ham and Cheese Muffins
"I made these muffins this morning.. I used olive oil because that is all I had on hand.. So fluffy and filling! Next time I will add a little more ham, but I don't think we have any leftovers today!"

Oven-Fried Picnic Chicken
"I just made this recipe tonight for my dad''s 53rd bday, and my family loved how moist the chicken was, but me being critical of my own cooking, I was not impressed. I must have not followed the directions too carefully. My chicken DID turn out looking very similar to the picture shown, but the reason for that is because I ended up using about 3/4 of a box of Corn Flakes.. I followed the directions using 1 cup of corn flakes, and when I took the chicken out of the bag I had a pasty mess, and no seasoning at all on the chicken! I crushed more flakes in the seasoning bag and placed each piece of chicken in individually to get the coating I was looking for. Because all of my seasonings were stuck to the sides of the bag, the crust on the chicken was not very tasty. The good side to all of this... when I scraped the breading off and cut up my (3 years old) daughter''s piece she wanted 2nds!"

Italian Roast Pork with Rosemary
"I made this with 2 pork loins pretty much exactly as directed in the recipe. I grilled them with indirect heat on our gas grill. They were delicious right off the grill but as they cooled they didn''t taste quite finished. I think next time I might try cooking them a little longer."

Italian Roast Pork with Rosemary
"I made a recipe based on these ingredients with 2 pork loin on the grill. ( I added a little Moore''s sauce) I heated the grill to about 400 degrees then cut off the burner on the side I put the pork on, and cooked for about 40 minutes, turning the pork 1 time. It melted in our mouths!"

Express Jambalaya
"I tried this recipe last night for the first time and it was so easy to make! I couldn''t find cans of chunky tomatoes with crushed red pepper in it so I used cans of name brand chunky tomatoes with onion and green bell pepper in it. Also, I used chicken and skinless smoked sausage. It worked great!I also doubled the recipe to feed my family... I was scared it would be too spicy but it was just right, even my picky 2 year old ate some! We had enough to have leftovers and it is even better today! I am eating a bowl right now! YUM YUM"
