"I've been looking for a muffin recipe like this for a long time. Just tried this one. It is great and oh so easy to make. They taste good hot or cold. We like to take them with us for our lunches, if any last that long. Have made these several times since finding this recipe. Keep up the good work. "This sounds like it would be just the thing for a cold winter night's dinner. If I don't have cooked chicken, then I can make this in the crock pot using fresh raw chicken. Let it cook longer and no need to be in the kitchen for hours."
