Gluten-Free Chex® Muddy Buddies®
The first batch that I made, I went by this recipe, and it seemed like the powdered sugar disappeared in the bag. So, I poured it back into the bowl, and lightly coated with more sugar. It was better. So, the 2nd batch I skipped the baggie altogether. My tip is this: After mixing the chocolate onto the cereal, do some clean up or something for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle 1/2 C powdered sugar in the bowl at a time, and lightly mix when doing so. This came out much more dry, and white, like the picture.
Next batch, I'm going to try using different flavored chips, see what yummy tastes we can get!
