"I love to cook and I'm pretty good at it. I mostly cook from scratch, because I live in Mexico, where convenience foods are hard to come by. But thank goodness, I can find Betty Crocker cake mixes, not in all flavors, but atleast the main ones! I"

"This is really a tasty dish! I first made this recipe as a newlywed and that was 14 years ago!!! Well, my hubby still loves this dish. The only thing that I've changed, is that I sometimes substitute cashew for the peanuts! DELISH!"
