"This is interesting. I used to work in a deli where we aged salami. It would hang in a walk in fridge for months. Then we would wipe the green off the sides of it with a vinegar soaked towel, slice it up and serve it. I'm not sure why but I do thing hard"

"One I love is to put some fat free yogurt in my ice cream machine with a few scoops of Splenda. It makes for a low fat alternative for Ice Cream and the kids will eat it."
