WHEN TO GREASE THE PAN OR NOT
"One other suggestion! After greasing your Bundt pan, dust with cocoa when you make a chocolate cake (then you don't have the flour showing when you turn out your finished cake). Use flour for dusting the pan for other (light colored) cakes."

"Try this trick : peel a medium-sized white potato and add it whole to the soup. After the potato has cooked (about 20 minutes), remove it from the soup. The potato will absorb a lot of the salt."
