Tip: I like the motlen chocolate cakes so trenddy in restaurants now, but who can eat out that much these days? WDs do the trick at home! First,instead of spreading the fudge all over, Just place it all in the center. Next, undercook them (i.e., if the mini directions say 30 secs., I cook them for 20-23 - *barely* let the top dry!) You'll find the fudge ends up in the center and oozes out when you dig in. Top with some whip cream or vanilla ice cream and go to town!

Tip: I am looking for a recipe for chocolate pudding and I think it was mixed with cream cheese and then put in mini graham cracker crusts. Does anyone have any ideas?

Tip: They are really awesome with pepperment patties. I would have never thought of it -- but we tested it in the kitchens here and it was great. We just chopped up the patties and through them into the mixture before microwaving. Num!
