I don't understand why this mix has a lower rating than what I would expect. This cake mix is delicious- it is spicy (hence "spice cake") but it is sooo delicious. I've baked it several times for several groups and they absolutely loved it. It really encompasses the autumn tastes of cinnamon and spices and is great with coffee. I like to top mine with vanilla icing.
