I added the Whipped chocolate frosting and it was a big hit all around. Very moist and fluffy. And the batter tasted just like dark chocolate pudding. I would buy it again.

OMG Mattgg does that mean you expect the bowl and the fruit to be included when you buy a box of cereal? Or the syrup and fruit to be included when you buy pancake mix.....common sense here please.

I am a beginner trying to learn how to bake. Is there anything better to start out with than ready-to-use cake mixes, and, better yet, one that carries Betty Crocker brand. However, I do have one question, if I were to use a hand mixer instead of a electric one as instructed on the packaging, what kind of consistency we are trying to achieve here when mixing the cake mixe, water, oil, and eggs? Thank you very much mediter mediter@me.com

Mattgg's review is HYSTERICAL. Oh my goodness. Anyway, I have nothing bad to say about these cake mixes. They always get the job done.

This is totally my go-to mix for chocolate cakes - and there are so many ways to dress it up! It's a hit every time. I have a hard time believing that the review from "mattgg" is a real one - who actually assumes that a box would contain the eggs, oil, and frosting necessary to make a cake?
