The Cherry Chip cake mix is my families favorite cake mix. I can only find it in the local grocery stores (Harps) and not all the time even there. When I do see it, I always grab a couple boxes. I didn't like the Cherries Jubilee Cheesecake bars, but it's the only recipe I've tried with the Cherry chip yet. Why is this wonderful cake mix so hard to find?

I too have been eating this cake since I was a child and wanted to make it as a surprise for my sister's birthday. I live in CA (San Diego) and you can buy the cake mix at most Albertson's and the frosting at quite a few Target stores. No doubt it is hard to find both. I used the product locator link on this page (go to products from home page and then click on product locator). It will list stores within 50 miles of your address that have carried the product within the last 90 days. Good luck!

I found it in Utah at the begining of february and made it for my daughters birthday. I have not been able to find it since then. The worker told me it might be going seasonal meanin Valentines only I hope not I really love this cake mix!

This is the best cakemix, haven't had it in years because I can't find it in the stores. I am sure it would sell out if it were.
