Agree with previous comments. only 2 of the 10 shells were not broken. The rest of the shells were just cumbs. The box looked OK, so I am guessing Old Elpaso needs to work on (1) the packaging, (2) the shipping and (3) the quality of their product. Needless to say I will not be purchasing more anytime soon.

When the Super Stuffer shells first came out, they were great. But, at some point over the last few years, the quality has dropped off dramatically. Obviously, there was a change in manufacturing facilities or processes along the line. Now, these shells are far too brittle to even make it to store shelves without crumbling apart in the packaging. And, if you are lucky enough to get a package with more than 75% of the shells intact, the won't stand up to handling once you begin to load any sort of filling. Start making these again like you used to when they first came on the market! Until then, the Ortega "25% Larger" shells will remain the superior product.

3 STRIKES YOUR OUT! This is the third box of taco shells I have bought in the past month that had to be thrown away. Last box I bough had all 10 shells broken. Out of the last 3 boxes I have purchased all shells but 2 have been broken. Maybe Quality Assurance should look into a better way of handeling the shells from packaging to the shipping of your product. Julian date on last box is 28NOV2011HN B 05:04.

I was not too thrilled to find out that 6 out of the 10 tacos were broke. I think the company needs to figure out a better way to package the tacos so they don't break. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I may end up switching brands. Taste of the tacos was ok.
