Used this for the first time today while making burrito filling. I used: 1 lb lean ground beef 1 can black beans 1 can Roman beans 1 cup of Mexican-style shredded cheese 1 pack of cooking sauce While the beef browned, I mashed up the beans after draining off the thin liquids from each can. When there was no pink left in the meat, I added the mostly mashed beans to the pan and then added the cooking sauce. When it was thoroughly blended and hot throughout, I added a cup of shredded Mexican style cheese, stirring until the cheese was melted and incorporated into the mix. THAT is my burrito filling. I usually use salsa, but chose to try the cooking sauce instead and am very happy with the results.
