Love Love LOVE these muffin pouches...they are so easy and qick! I always add fresh or frozen blueberries to the Blueberry mix, plus a packet of sweet and low (I have a sweet tooth!) and a half teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter. I sometimes pour batter into an 8 inch sqaure baking pan and add blueberries, cinnamon,and sprinkle Sweet and Low (or brown sugar) and chopped nuts on top...delicious!!
