This is also my favorite of the helpers. Also, I have always only used one can of tuna instead of two. I actually didn't even notice it was supposed to be two until fairly recently. I enjoy it so much I'm nervous to try it with two cans. Anyway, it's yummy, i just wish stores around here offered it. (The box I had I brought from out of state, I recently moved)

Overwhelmingly salty. Next time I make it will try adding 2 additional cups of cooked unsalted noodles and 1/2 c. sour cream or plain fat free yogurt.

One of the best Tuna Helper flavors they have. Too bad it's so hard to find where I live. As with all "Helpers", this is definitely sodium intense. Drink plenty of water before and after this meal to avoid dehydration. Other than that, GREAT meal!

I love it. I add a clove of shredded garlic and some sugar snap peas.

My favorite Helper! I buy the tuna all the time but sometimes substitute chicken, and it still comes out great. When I make this, I add lots of extra Parmesan, or even Italian three cheese blends, into the sauce once it's done cooking but still extremely hot. Up to a cup and a half sometimes. I add a little extra fresh roasted garlic, and some white and black pepper in. Try it this way and no one will believe that came from a box ;)

Until we got smart we occasionally used the 'helper meals'. Without thinking I bought two more a couple of weeks ago. Into eating healthy, as I read the ingredients, this is but another instant cook, pseudo filler food with the addition of some artificial nutrients. To add it’s over dosed with salt and MSG. Nothing healthy about it. Product doesn’t even thicken until the heat's turned off. Perhaps if we begin to speak up, maybe these companies will begin to get the hint and put together edible saleable products.
