Have you ever tried chicken in this instead of hamburger. My family loves it. I even mix in beans and other vegetables, top with shredded lettuce (sneaky way to get veggies eaten). Roll it in torillas and it's a complete meal.

Last night was the first time I had ever tried this flavor, and it would have been great if the rice would have cooked completely. I cooked it just like the directions said, but the rice never got tender...even after I put more water in the pan and cooked for an additional 15 minutes. If there was a way to remove the rice and just eat the rest I wouldn't have had to waste an entire pan of food. I am very disappointed because I love Hamburger Helper. I will not be getting this one again :(

This is another one of our family favorites. I'm always looking for ways to sneak in vegetables to make dishes a bit healthier for my 2 year old daughter and husband. With this one, I add a can of corn. It bulks up the recipe quite a bit so that there are enough leftovers. Another thing I love about this flavor is that it tastes just as good the next day.

i love this one! I make it as directed except add the sour cream packet in when u stir in the flavor packet, then about 5-8 mins before it's finished add in a bunch of Velveeta cheese & let it melt in. Serve dished over tortilla chips for Awesome Nacho's. Top with sour cream, olives, green onions and hot sauce of your liking

I like to pair the Cheesy Enchilada flavor with a fine Argentine Malbec. The oaky flavor of the wine really brings out the preservatives.

I wish they would rework the recipe to make this gluten free since it uses rice instead of pasta.

I love this flavor! I mixed the "sour cream" sauce into the dish instead of pouring it over and added a drained can of black beans. We ate it in tortillas, by itself, and in tacos. Excellent!
