We do not eat "box" meals very often, but what we like to do with this one is: Cook it as directed except we add a can of dark kidney beans. When it is done we put it on large tortilla flaps, add black olives, onion and cheese, roll like a burrito and put in a pre-heated oven for about 5 minutes. YUMMY!

This is the ONLY Helper product that I will eat. My family's love for the hamburger versions is totally lost on me, but the Chicken Cheesy Enchilada...now that's good stuff. If only I could find it closer than 40 miles away.

I would love to purchase these items in bulk for my food storage. I'm sad that I can't get several types that my family likes. We add black beans and canned beef to the cheesy enchilada and put it on a tortilla shell. Hummm good.

OMG i am so in love with this kind! i was actually traveling in Kansas City and saw it at the grocery store and bought it and brought it back home. I love the chicken fried rice so i figured i give it a try. It was amazing!! i could not find it anywhere where i live so now i ordere boxes from amazon.com. i eat it at least once a week. I put in hot suce when i mix the seasoning in it and its really good. hopfully you guys will start to carry it in more stores and you will come out with new chicken hleper flavors as well. I hate hamburger meat but love chicken so keep it commin!!

I absolutely LOVE this one too, and I have also been unable to find it. I just looked it up, and the only store listed as carrying it is Target. I guess that's the reason I haven't found it because I don't grocery shop there! Good to know though! Will definitely go look....
