This is one of the best flavors there is.... sooo addictive. why is it becoming so hard to find? will you still be making it?

I just cooked a box for ny family and I added carrots and orange zest. It is delicious! Both of my kids enjoyed it and asked for seconds. I also found that the orange zest cuts through that saltiness and helps it taste more fresh. We will keep buying this yummy stuff!! I love how you can add you own creative touch but still save lots of time!

This stuff is seriously good. I cooked some chicken in a little soy sauce, then made the helper and cut up some carrots. I was so surprised it tasted as great as it did. Im glad I bought several boxes. Im going to try marinating the chicken in some szechuan marinade before cooking next time.

This stuff is great. I was so surprised because it's hard to find a good Lo Mein that you can buy and make yourself instead of getting chinese take out. Of course I added onion, green pepeer, asparagus, and carrot, but just so it would be more filling and healthier. It was great and so easy.

I don't know what "novemberbabe" is talking about! I just finished cooking mine (followed directions exactly, except I seasoned my chicken a little with garlic and parsley) I added the peanuts as suggested, and this stuff is really good. Maybe she didn't like it because she has been eating dog food (La Choy). I don't eat anything that is made from that line! This is the closest to ACTUAL asian food I have found in a "help kit". As far as the sodium goes, that is to be expected with processed foods. Sounds like someone is just looking for something for nothing.

I did not like Chicken lo mein. It is extremely salty and bitter in taste. It is fresh not expiring until Jan 2012, Just the taste was very bad. it was extremely dissappointing especially when you are ready to eat something tasty and it is gross. And more sad that you are feeding your kids something you want to be proud and they say they did not like it. It is my job to feed them healty and tasty products but you failed me and cost me money and ruined the chicken i put in it also. I do La Choy products and kids loveds them , so i was under the impression this will be tasty like that and i was wrong.
