Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour is all natural and a great heart-healthy alternative. It is milled to an even, medium-fine granulation from the complete wheat kernel (bran, germ and endosperm). Whole wheat flour drives excellent results when substituted for half the amount of all-purpose flour in recipes and when used in recipes calling for whole wheat flour.
