I have been gluten free for only 2 months as directed by my doctor for medical reasons. I have just begun trying gluten free products other than fruits and vegetables. These pancakes reminded me of eating a cupcake. The texture was great and the flavor was great as well. I definitely recommend this product.

This is a great product but our local Giant is no longer carrying it. I just had to order from Walmart.com and have it delivered. Is there a store that is carrying this?

We have a teenage daughter with celiacs disease and have tried countless mixes, this is by far the best. We all enjoy the pancakes, waffles and shortcakes. Nothing comes out gritty like so many other GF products.

This is the best gluten free baking mix. It makes wonderful waffles. I can serve them to non gluten free people and thet enjoy them. The box is way too small. It is also exceedingly expensive for such a tiny package and seems to take advantage of people who do not gave many good choices in product. Surely you can make it bigger and less expensive and still make a good profit and allow us to enjoy this product more often.

I have a daughter with Celiac. This has got to be the BEST baking mix I have found, but I agree with other reviewer, it is SO expensive and small that it is hard to afford. I wish you would release or publish a coupon to help customers. There is almost always a coupon out for regular/Heart-smart Bisquick.

I LOVE THIS MIX! I've been gluten free for a year. It's not be easy and have sometimes stumbled because I'm the only member of the household that is allergic. The gluten free Bisquick is one of my most favorite treats. I've made the pancakes, the gobbler, but it's the waffles that I make that are blissful and near sinful. I make them for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a wonderful midnight snack. I eat them plain, with maple syrup or for a truly sinful treat make with Hershey's chocolate syrup. And there is not one family member that can say no to them. If you've ever tried gluten free frozen waffles (they leave just atrocious) but have no fear, I have a great recipe that everyone with want. It's expensive but I found a great deal online that averages $1 off a box!

the bisquick is perfect for me. Its light but flaky and crispy when fried. Soft and flavorful when i make muffins. The only problem I have is that the box is small and for that size it is expensive.

the GF Bisquick product is expensive and mostly not enough to fix a good meal for a family. Also hard to find or stores do not order enough and they are always out... Sorry is there a generic recipe to make a larger amount at a time... The entire family uses this product even those not gluten intolerant....See the problem
