By far the BEST store bought frosting out there. I don't make cupcakes without Betty Crocker's Rich and Creamy frosting. And my absolute favorite is the Cream Cheese. MMmmmmm

Cream Cheese Rich & Creamy is the best tasting pre-made frosting in the world. I have tried dozens of brands and flavors, and nothing comes close. Every other brand's cream cheese tastes like it came out of a jar; Betty Crocker brand tastes home made. The other brands have a plastic or metallic aftertaste, and often reminds me of the cheap frosting often used on grocery store made sheet cakes. Yecch. Thank you Betty Crocker! But its availability is shrinking in central Virginia! Help! Send more down here!! I will buy it!! Thanks

This cream cheese frosting is labeled "Gluten Free" but lists "High Maltose Corn Syrup" under the ingredients. I looked up HMCS online and several websites said that it contains gluten. Epinions.com wrote a review on this Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting and says it contains gluten under "Major Ingredients". I have not looked at any other Betty Crocker frostings. I have Celiac Disease, so I will not be using this particular frosting until I know for sure it is gluten free.
