These cookies are out of this world!!! Made them for my girls' tea party. I think I will have to make a double batch next time and stash some for me!

I like to add 3/4 cup to flake coconut to the mix. Very rich and decadent. Instead of cookies, I press dough into 9x9 glass baking dish and back for 30 minutes. They come out prefectly. Just make sure that you cool completely before cutting. I am going to try swapping the applesauce for the butter.

These were amazing.Instead of oil/butter I use unsweetened applesauce.We cannot tell the difference.I also mix in a few dark chocolate bits to add some flavor and to make it more colorful.You can be even more creative and add some peppermint bark or just colored chocolate bits.Both you and the kids will love them!

To teapot1987, use a shiny pan or cut the oven temp. down. If you use a dark pan they will burn. Use an oven thermometer to check your oven temp.I use a Silpat mat to bake my cookies, I cook all my cookies at 350* until they are done. Hope these tips help to make better cookies. I taught Home Ec for 32 years. :) :) Oh, these cookies are really good. :) :) :)

Everytime I get this I have a problem baking them you bake them for 9 to 10 minutes like asked and they always burn. Then cook them less never works any other cookie mix is perfect don't know what is different with this dough but ugh!

Mixed White Chip Macadamia cookie package with Chocolate Chip cookie package. SOOOOOOO good they flew off the plate!
