Very disappointed. This meal was far from complete. White sauce 4 to 5 small chunks of chicken, rice bag, powdered cheese with broccoli specs. I had to add a can of chunky chicken and open a can of vegetables to make it complete.

Where is the broccoli?? Also the chicken pieces were mostly fat, I would prefer using my own chicken in this.

I was extremely disappointed in the amount of Chicken that came in this dish. Especially since the name starts with chicken. If I had wanted to serve my family flavored rice, I could have bought flavored rice at 1/3rd the price. In fact, I didn't even serve it for dinner b/c I knew my husband would be so disappointed.

Im usually a fan of the complete meals. I love just about all of them but i didn't care for this one too much. Didn't have any cheesy taste to it at all. All i could taste was plain rice. Salt and pepper didn't even help. May i suggest adding more chz flavor?

Continuation: It was good and I would buy it again. But BC, you really need to revise the instructions. It needs quite a bit more bake time than just 35-40 minutes. If anyone makes it, just keep an eye on it. Wait till it starts to thicken at the bottom before you take it out. If it's soupy, it won't thicken up. I wanted to give it a spoon rating on taste only, not the cooking problem I had with it. It actually could use some more broccoli flavor but overall it was pretty good. Hubby went back for more so I know it was ok, lol.

I think this product needs to have its cooking time revised. I followed the instructions exactly, added just what it said, baked it for 35 (it recommends 35-40 min) min, got it out, let it stand and it was like soup! I put it back in the oven for 15 more minutes, still like soup. It's in the process of baking right now. Are you sure the instructions shouldn't have said an HOUR and 35-40 minutes? The rice doesn't even seem like it's cooked. I'm sure it'll be delicious if we ever get to eat it. I would love to hear from someone about this. Was there an error? I know I didn't add too much liquid so I have no clue what's going on. I don't like to cook but I'm not new to the kitchen, have been married 31 years. I love BC's Hamburger and Tuna helper lines so I thought I would try this line. If this ever turns out, I will come back and report the total amount of time it spent baking.
