Extremely diasappointed that I can no longer purchase the Hersheys Triple Chocolate brownie mix. As a professional cook I could not make a brownie as good. Very poor marketing choice....

I have been buying Betty Crocker HEASHEY'S Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie mix for quite a while. When my local store stopped carrying it, I started looking for it elsewhere without any luck. I decided to check your website tonight to see where I could find it and am very disappointed to learn that it's been discontinued. It's the best boxed brownie mix I have ever used. Every batch was consistently good. Please reconsider and start stocking shelves again.

I am soooooo upset! The Betty Crocker Hershey's Triple Chocolate Chunk brownie was the best! I have been making them for several years and they were loved by everyone! I even received and "Best Brownie Award" from my son's select singers group (hahaha it is very sweet). I used to make them for their evening rehearsals every week. I implore, beg, plead with you; BRING THEM BACK!!!! We miss them. :(

I, too, am VERY disappointed that this was discontinued! These were the best brownies ever! I can find nothing that compares. I don't understand how you could have something that sold so well and then stop selling it.

I bought the triple chocolate chunk brownie mixes at bj's and now I have to go back to making them from scratch. They were wonderful and everybody loved them. Why would you change a mix that was perfect already? Please make the old mix available again even if I had to special order it online I would.

I used to buy the "family size" box and they changed, I have a recipe that is the same, you just have to use one box and part of the second box to complete the original recipe. You will have to have a scale, I got one from Amazon, once you have a scale that can measure at least 2 lbs. mine weighs up to 5lbs and can zero out once I put a mixing bowl on it. After you zero out the scale add 21.8 oz of the triple chunk mix, then 2 eggs ( I use x-tra large) 3 tablespoons of water and 1/2 cup of oil. I use a whisk so not to break up the chunks, and bake for 32 minutes in a 9x9 square baker from Pampered Chef, my wife's co workers could not tell the difference from the original, I think its just a matter of making sure you get the right weight, I got that from teh last big box we could find. Please, any questions feel free to e-mail me rh38@hotmail.com

I just had to write, The original box of Betty Crocker HEASHEY'S Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie mix (used to buy it at BJ's) as it made 4 batches, I cannot find. And I am very upset over this as after trying different kinds over the years- these were the best ever! I tried the new version and shocked- nothing like the old one... I searched and finally came across here- only to see it is not offered any longer. Please bring it back as not happy at all with the new box. Thank You... Very curious as to why you changed the recipe...

I used to use this mix all the time to make brownies for fundraisers for my Ladies Auxiliary at my local volunteer fire company. For over 10 years now I would make 2 double batches every month to sell at our spaghetti suppers and if we were catering an event for someone or doing a company function I would bake a double batch of these brownies. Guess what Betty Crocker. Your brownies made a little girl so sick to her stomach that we had to clean up the mess left behind after she was done vomiting everywhere after eating 2 pieces of brownies from one of the batches I made from this mix. And don't tell me I used spoiled ingredients because no else got sick that night just her. Those brownies were so sickeningly sweet and rich that they did that to her. You need to bring back the old recipe. From now on I'm using the little white dude's brownie mixes. They're cheaper and they certainly don't make people wanna throw my brownies in the trash because they can't stomach them.

Please change your triple chunk recipe. I like the recipe that is 1 lb. 5 oz recipe. This makes a much nicer brownie. The current recipe is the hardest batter to mix and makes almost a flat brownie. Please go back to the old recipe that takes 3 tbsp. water, 1/2 cup oil and 2 eggs. Much nicer.
