I don't understand why Betty Crocker Family Size FUDGE brownies changed their ingredients or quality of their ingredients--because they are not anywhere near the taste and quality that I have enjoyed for over 20 years! PLEASE PLEASE RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL RECEIPE!!

Preheat oven to 325. Take two boxes and double the recipe per boxes intructions regarding oil and water amounts. Then mix well. What you want when mixing is a fluffy, light texture to happen. In order for that to happen is to add an extra egg, 1/4 cup extra water and 1/4 cup extra veg oil. Mix well again keeping in mind fluffy and light. You may want to add a bit more oil to get the batter well blended. Bake for about 40 minutes. Maybe a little longer. But check in 30 minutes. The idea is to back them at a lower emp for a longer time.

The triple chunk are absolutely disgusting. What a shame I've been baking these brownies for years. I never even tried another brand because they were so good. Now they taste like fake chocolate and dried out cake. Very disappointing that Betty Crocker would make such a terrible change. Sad to say but they lost me as a customer. BETTER CHANGE IT BACK !

Why mess with perfection? So that you can lose loyal customers? We would NEVER buy any other brownies in our family......but now - after a couple of tries and thinking maybe it was just us or a bad box - we will have to find a new family brownie. I guess we should find a new company as well since it seems like changing the recipe/quality while professing "same great taste" on the box seems ok to you.

You did it again!! You screwed up your brownies!! About 2-3years ago you changed from your 9 x 13 brownies that were excellent ...I finally figured out the change, but now you did it again!! You put them in a new box and thought maybe we wouldn't notice how you have cheeped out on the ingredients, but it is very clear they have changed. Like others have said, they no longer get the glaze crinkled coat on the top, they are not moist and delicious, they COMPLETELY lack a chocolaty taste...in fact there is like NO TASTE AT ALL. What a total disappointment! I am so sad to say, after buying two boxes a week...I am walking away. I will have to see what competitors have to offer. Betty Crocker Brownies will no longer be at our church gatherings, Bunco nights, school events, birthdays, cook outs, picnics, etc. PLEASE CHANGE BACK!!! We will try them again in the summer and I hope you take the reviews of those willing to take a moment to tell you seriously. Thank you for your time...hoping!

Thought I was the only one noticing a problem. I always only buy Betty Crocker brownie mix because it was the best! I've noticed lately that, no matter what I do, my brownies won't come out with that nice papery, crinkly top they used to. Not as chewy and fudgy as they used to be either. I am WAY WAY WAY disappointed. Betty Crocker.. whatever you did, undo it, 'cause you obviously have many unhappy consumers. If this many are complaining, think of how many out there who just stop buying it without telling you why.

I've used this product for years, making it once a week for my family for dessert. It used to call for a 13 x 9 inch pan. I bought it last week and made it during the weekend just the way that I always have done in the past and to my disappointment, the brownies came out hard. I've never had this problem before. I bought another box to make this weekend and after looking at the package I discovered that Betty Crocker reduced the size of the package by about 2/3 of what it used to be. This makes me very angry!!!!! Betty Crocker should have put something on the box to let folks know that the recipe changed!

These were the best Brownies around. We bought several boxes a month. It's the only "dessert" my daughter eats. Now you've changed them again. The box says, "Supreme brownie mix…Same great taste! Triple Chuck with Hershey's" This is a lie,,, same taste baloney! You even changed the amount of oil and water you add. Very disappointing. Won't be buying any Betty Crocker products anymore cause I don't want my family to get attached to something just to have you change it on us.

To whom it may concern. Getting rid of triple chocolate brownies was a mistake. You had the best on the market. The executive who made this decision should be let go. This was as foolish a mistake as coco changing their formula, and look what happened to them. In strongly request you reconsider. This was by far the best boxed brownie out there.

The old brownie mix that was for a 13 x 9 inch pan was wonderful. We bought several boxes a month and brought to pot lucks and parties. Everyone loved them. But the new mix for a smaller pan is not the same. We cannot get the brownies to taste the same no matter what we do. I'm so frustrated with Betty Crocker for changing recipes like the brownies and cinnamon streusel muffins. I've decided to stop buying your products because if I find one I like, you will just change it and ruin it!
