Paula Jones is passionate about her family, food, photography and travel. She combines those loves on her site, bell'alimento where she is the recipe developer, food photographer, food writer and chief dishwasher. There she features simple, seasonal and satisfying dishes. Paula’s food philosophy is simple: “beautiful food doesn’t have to be complicated”.
Born in Georgia, Paula has lived all around the world including in Italy. There, she fell deeply, madly, passionately, head over heels in love with everything Italian, especially the food.
