Warm weather has finally made an appearance. People are breaking out of their winter hibernation and ready to party! Soon potlucks, summer picnics, family reunions and countless get-togethers will be the norm. But the question is always the same: What should I bring?

Enter Potluck Taco Salad.

So delicious and so easy to prep and throw together before serving. It will be a definite crowd-pleaser.

Simply brown some ground beef and cook with Old El Paso taco seasoning. Then toss with lettuce and your favorite taco ingredients. Some faves around my house are black olives, green onions, tomatoes, cilantro and of course shredded cheese. Right before serving, toss it all together with your favorite nacho chips (I love Green Giant’s Zesty Cheddar Roasted Veggie chips!) and a half-cup or so of Italian dressing

This salad is not the best the next day, but don’t worry, there won’t be any leftovers. Zesty, crisp, crunchy and full of flavor, this is one salad that will hit the spot on a warm summer day surrounded by family and friends. And make sure to print the recipe before your potluck, people just might ask for it!
