Totino’s Bold Rolls are delicious on their own, but what happens when we jazzed them up with a few simple ingredients? Pure deliciousness! We turned Buffalo Ranch Blasted Crust Rolls into an out-of-this-world Buffalo Chicken Bold Roll Casserole you have to try to believe.

To prepare the Buffalo Chicken Bold Roll Casserole, you will need:

  • 1 bag Buffalo Ranch Blasted Crust Bold Rolls
  • 3 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese

Preheat the oven and bake the rolls on a baking sheet according to the packaging. While the rolls are baking, mix the rotisserie chicken with ½ cup of the ranch dressing and ¼ of the buffalo sauce in a medium-sized bowl. When the rolls are finished baking, transfer them to a dish. We used a skillet, but an 8x8 pan would work as well. Pour the chicken mixture over the rolls. Top with the celery and red onion and drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Last but not least, sprinkle with the crumbled bleu cheese and enjoy!

If you’re looking for a less spicy twist on Bold Rolls, try our Bold Roll Poutine. Just when you thought this Canadian classic couldn’t get any better, we found a way. Hello, Cheddar Blasted Crust Bold Rolls!

To prepare the Bold Roll Poutine, you will need:

  • 1 bag Cheddar Blasted Crust Bold Rolls
  • 2 cups frozen French fries, baked
  • 1 ½ cups cheese curds, white or yellow
  • ½ cup cheese sauce
  • ½ chopped bacon

Preheat the oven according to the package and bake the rolls on a baking sheet for 10 minutes. Remove the rolls from the oven and transfer to an oven-safe skillet or casserole dish. Layer the French fries and cheese curds on top of the rolls, then drizzle with the cheese sauce. Top with the bacon and return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese curds are melted. Then get ready for a cheesy and delicious snack—but be careful, they’ll be hot!
