When spring rolls around I can’t help but notice hot ham and cheese sandwiches popping up at potlucks and family gatherings. Sure this dish is a classic, but I think we all can agree that the basic sandwich tray can be a little dull. That’s why I’ve created a new hot ham and cheese recipe for the spring season that is sure to be a real crowd pleaser. ingredients on a table
To get started, gather your ingredients, heat the oven to 375°F and grease a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. mixing mix with wooden spoon
In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick® mix and milk with a wooden spoon until a thick dough forms. Dump dough onto a floured surface and using a floured rolling pin, roll dough into a large rectangle until it is about a 1/4 inch thick. ham and cheese on top of dough
In a small bowl, beat mayonnaise, mustard and honey with a whisk to make a sauce. Spread a few spoonfuls of the honey mustard sauce across the dough, then top with ham and cheese. raw dough rolls

Place rolls in baking dish, cut side down and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately with remaining honey mustard sauce. finished roll up close
