Chipotle Turkey Corn Quesadillas

It’s a breeze to make mouthwatering quesadillas in minutes with deli turkey, frozen corn and chipotle hot sauce.

We can get you from kitchen to table in 20 minutes flat with these easy flavor-packed quesadillas. You’re going to love them! 

You’ll need a few things first (but I bet you have most of them already): deli turkey, mushrooms, onion, frozen corn, tomato, avocado, lime, tortillas and the secret ingredient, chipotle hot sauce. (You’ll find that with all the hot sauces in the store.) Oh, yeah… you need cheese, too!

Throw the onions and mushrooms into a hot pan and cook until the onions are tender. Then add the corn.

In goes the chipotle hot sauce. Add as many or as few dashes as you like.

Now assemble the quesadillas. Just pile everything on top of each other (don’t forget the cheese).

Cook the quesadillas in a hot pan until browned on each side and the cheese has melted. While that cooks, make a quick tomato-avocado salsa. Mix together diced tomatoes and avocado; season with salt, pepper and fresh lime juice.

Cut each quesadilla into quarters and top with the salsa. Enjoy!
