S’mores on a Stick

No campfire? No problem! These no-cook summer sweets can be made in just minutes.

It may be cliché, but I learned to make s’mores over a campfire in Girl Scouts. And I have loved them ever since! There is something so satisfying about an ooey gooey toasted marshmallow and a touch of chocolate pressed between two crisp graham crackers.

Sadly, I don’t always have a campfire roaring and ready for me to make these yummy treats. Yes, you can absolutely make s’mores in your microwave, and I often do. But sometimes you want something fast with no fuss. This is the recipe for those times.

With just three ingredients and no fire to fuss with, your kids can make this recipe by themselves. Make it your own by swapping out the crushed cereal for another of your favorites cereals, sprinkles or crushed nuts.

S'mores on a Stick would also make incredible favors for summer parties. Fun for everyone!

Blogger Paula Jones from Bell'alimento shares an easy s’mores recipe using hazelnut spread with cocoa.
