How to Make Letter Cake Toppers

This just in: You can literally spell out your birthday wishes with cut-out lettering made with Fruit Roll-Ups. Best of all, this technique can be used on both cakes and cupcakes. 

What you’ll need:

• Alphabet cookie cutters (small for cupcakes, large for a cake)
• 1-2 boxes Fruit Roll-Ups, depending on how many letters you want to create
• Freshly frosted cake or cupcakes

How to:

1. Unroll a Fruit Roll-Up fruit snack, but do not remove it from the plastic backing. Press the desired letter cutters into the fruit snack.

2.  Peel away the backing to reveal the letters.

3.  Place the letters on top of the frosted cupcakes or cake. Voilà!
