Not to exaggerate, but this cake may be the best thing to happen to brunch since single-serving French toast. Not only is it gorgeous to look at, but it’s so simple to make! All that’s really involved is Yoplait Greek yogurt, fruit and granola. I bet guests will feel so special when they spot this frozen-yogurt concoction on the brunch buffet.

To start, gather ingredients for your berry coulis, which is a fancy way to say “berry puree,” really. (Find all the specifics on ingredients and measurements below.)

Blend it up and then strain it!

Whisk together yogurt and coulis. Layer with granola in a silicone Bundt pan and then freeze overnight.

Serve in the morning! Slice with a serrated knife and plate it up with additional granola, berries, and fresh mint leaves.
