How to Prepare Make-Ahead Mexican Ground Beef

Busy weeknights on your horizon? Stock your freezer with Mexican-seasoned ground beef so a flavorful dinner’s always close at hand.

Save time and money by making a batch of this Mexican ground beef ahead of time. Freeze it in two-cup quantities and use it as a starter for your favorite recipes that call for one pound of ground beef with taco seasoning. Here’s how to do it!

Step 1:

In a 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
