When summer hits, camping is one of my favorite things to do. I love being out in nature, and of course, I love the camping food! I think I can say that everyone’s favorite camping treat is s’mores. You just can’t go wrong with melted chocolate and marshmallows sandwiched between graham crackers.
But I thought it would be fun to find a new way to bring those flavors into my kitchen–no fire required!
This quick bread recipe is great for anyone who is afraid of yeast. Just stir and pour! The graham cracker bread is wonderful for a breakfast or a snack, but it’s taken to a whole new level when covered with a chocolate-marshmallow glaze.
