  Chocolate Designs, How to Make

Heat 2 ounces vanilla- or chocolate-flavored candy coating (almond bark), coarsely chopped, in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Cool slightly. Pour into small resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Cut a very small opening in a corner of the bag. Squeeze the bag to drizzle designs onto waxed paper. After the coating has hardened, carefully lift the designs from the waxed paper.

Tips
Make chocolate squiggles on a plate rim with melted chocolate coating, and add a few fresh raspberries and a mint leaf for a splash of color. For designs made with vanilla coating, you can add a few drops of food color to the coating. Allow your imagination to fly free as you design butterflies, flowers or hearts.
