Peppercorns, Green
Made from the berry of the pepper plant, which is processed to produce 3 types of peppercorn--black, white and green. Pepper has a slightly hot flavor with a hint of sweetness. Green peppercorns, usually packed in brine, have the mildest flavor of the three types.
