Peaches, Donut
Small peaches that are round, flat and drawn in at the center, making them resemble a donut shape. They have pale yellow skin tinted with a red blush. The juicy fruit is white with a sweet flavor. A descendant of Chinese flat peaches, doughnut peaches have been grown in North America since the 1800's.
How to Use
Use as you would regular peaches.
How to Store
Leave at room temperature until the peach yields to pressure, then refrigerate.
