  Pasta, Capellini (Angel Hair)

Capellini means "thin hair" and is one of the thinnest cut spaghetti noodles. Legend has it that Parmesan cheese clings to this pasta like gold clings to angels' hair. It is a very quick pasta to prepare because it needs to boil only a few minutes. It's best served with light sauces and in soups. You can also buy these noodles all wrapped up in angel hair pasta nests.

How to Serve

Serve with light sauces such as pesto or with broth-based sauces.
