  Noodles, Chinese Egg

A type of wheat-egg noodle that closely resembles Italian pasta and is available either dried or fresh. Noodles range in thickness from very thin to thick and round. If you like, you may substitute narrow egg noodles, spaghetti or linguine for Chinese egg noodles.
