Mushrooms, Black Chinese (Dried)
Meaty mushrooms with a smoky flavor and chewy texture. The caps vary in diameter from 1/2 to 2 inches. Dried black Chinese mushrooms must be soaked in hot water until soft before they can be used. Discard the hard stems.
