Also called field greens or wild greens, mesclun is a mixture of young, delicate greens often including arugula, chervil, chickweed, dandelion, frisée, mizuma and oakleaf lettuce.
How to Buy
Choose a mix with crisp leaves and no sign of wilting.
How to Store
Refrigerate in a plastic bag up to 5 days. Wash and blot dry just before using.
