  Lemons, Meyer

A hybrid that many believe is a cross between a lemon and an orange. Meyer lemons have a rounder shape and smooth yellow-orange skin. These lemons are smaller then regular lemons, and the flesh is darker and sweeter.

How to Use

Use as you would regular lemons, but use regular lemons for marinades and vinaigrettes when a sharp, tart flavor is preferred.
